Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 11, 2026

The LawMax Group ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit lawmaxgroup.com (the "Site") or contact us through the Site, how we use that information, and the choices you have about it.

1. Who we are

The LawMax Group is an Arizona personal injury law firm with its principal office at 7047 E. Greenway Pkwy, Suite 250, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. We can be reached at (480) 480-6289 or alan@lawmaxgroup.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact form or case-review request, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, telephone number, email address, the type of injury, and a brief description of what happened. You decide what to share; only your first name and phone number are required.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and screen size
  • Date and time of visit

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a limited number of first-party cookies for functionality and may use third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent the Site from functioning.

3. How we use the information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether your matter is one we can take on
  • Communicate with you about your potential case
  • Improve and maintain the Site and the user experience
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and security incidents
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

4. Confidentiality of inquiry information

The information you submit through the Site is treated as confidential. However, please note: submitting a contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after a written engagement letter has been signed by both you and an attorney at The LawMax Group. Until such a relationship is formed, do not send us any information you would consider confidential or privileged that is not necessary to evaluate the matter.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Site, including our hosting provider (Netlify), our analytics provider (Google), and our email and call-tracking providers. These vendors are contractually limited in how they may use the data.
  • Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or governmental request, or as necessary to enforce our rights or protect against legal liability.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a sale, merger, reorganization, or similar event, in which case the recipient will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate your matter, to provide legal services if we are retained, and to meet our legal obligations (including record-retention requirements applicable to Arizona attorneys). Server logs and analytics data are retained per standard industry practices and our service providers' default retention windows.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through the Site and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you submit.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information. These can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain uses.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the right to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at alan@lawmaxgroup.com or (480) 480-6289.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, and the Site does not respond to them differently from other browser activity.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice through the Site.
